I haven’t posted in a few days because we were preparing to/moving into the apartment. But we love it and are doing good! And classes are looking great too.
I think this is the change I need. I’ve been feeling better in general, but also having cooking/cleaning/etc to do keeps my mind and hands busy.
We’re going to get semester passes for our school gym for yoga, we’re looking forward to learning and gaining the mind and body benefits from that.
I’m also trying to decide whether or not to go see about therapist prices at the health center. I feel like I need to be wholly committed to “getting better” before I put my parent’s money towards it.
Anyone have anything to say or ask about how their semesters have started? What activities they use to keep themselves occupied in times of stress? I’m enjoying cooking and trying new meals, we’re trying to eat more veggies.
